These Terms of Service govern your use of The Mini Mint online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies.

Store and account use

You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use our products or content for unlawful purposes.

Products, pricing and availability

We aim to describe products, colours, measurements, quantities and prices accurately, but minor variations may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, or discontinue a product. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including applicable tax, shipping, duties or fees. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale access is limited to approved business customers and may be subject to minimum order quantities, pack increments, catalog pricing and territory restrictions shown in the wholesale account. Wholesale pricing and access may be changed or withdrawn. Unless expressly agreed in writing, payment is due at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk and title pass as required by applicable law. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All store content, branding, product photography, designs, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to The Mini Mint. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and duty or tax services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products.

Changes, severability and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
